Equity Capital Markets Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced professional in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) with a strong track record of driving equity capital market transactions end-to-end.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to lead a team, work independently and manage core ECM execution including Main Board IPOs, rights issues, QIPs, Buybacks, Open offers, Delisting, Preferential allotments and related tasks.

About the Role:

  • Oversee ECM execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, due diligence and documentation for equity capital market transactions.
  • Lead junior team members to foster growth and development, enhancing their skills and experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Equity Capital Markets or Investment Banking, with proven transaction execution expertise and a strong understanding of SEBI regulations and the Companies Act.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure on multiple deals.
