We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join their Investment Banking Team as MD Director - Investment Banking Head of Healthcare Pharma Sector Coverage This leadership role will focus on the coverage of Healthcare Pharma sector and drive strategic origination and execution of Equity Capital Markets ECM transactions with an emphasis on IPOs QIPs follow on offering etc Key Responsibilities Lead coverage across Healthcare Pharma sector including IT Services Healthcare Pharma SAAS Telecom and allied sub-sectors Originate and execute ECM transactions including IPOs QIPs Rights Issues and other capital market activities Build and nurture strong relationships with corporates financial investors sovereign funds and government bodies Manage end-to-end execution of complex transactions such as restructuring corporate strategy fund-raising and negotiations Collaborate with leadership teams to expand mandates in PE M A and Structured Finance within the four sectors Develop and implement strategies to position company as a trusted client partner and lifecycle banker Mentor and guide junior team members to build talent depth and team capability Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal governance during all transactions Requirements Qualifications MBA Finance CA or relevant postgraduate degree from a reputed institute Minimum 10 years of Investment Banking experience with a strong focus on ECM and Healthcare Pharma sectors Demonstrated success in leading ECM transactions and a deep understanding of Indian capital markets Extensive industry network with proven stakeholder management skills Exceptional analytical leadership and communication abilities Required Skills Strong expertise in Equity Capital Markets ECM Proven track record in IPO deal origination and execution Leadership and mentoring experience Preferred Skills Experience managing complex large-scale transactions Strong analytical problem-solving and presentation skills
