We are seeking a driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales within the PVC additives / polymer additives industry.
- Strong understanding of PVC processing, applications, and technical requirements is essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required to succeed in this role.
This position involves identifying and developing new customers for PVC/polymer additives, managing business partners, conducting technical trials, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the PVC additives / polymer additives market.
- Manage relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
- Develop strategic plans to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, ability to interpret sales and market data, and a proactive approach to market development.
Skillsets- Proven experience (5-10 years) in B2B sales within the PVC Additives / Polymer Additives industry.
- Strong understanding of PVC processing, applications, and technical requirements.
- Ability to communicate technical specifications effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and proactive approach to market development.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing or International Business.
