Job Summary

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving sales through distribution in order to attain market leadership in the given territory. Your key result areas will include:

  • To deliver sales targets for all products (voice-prepaid / post-paid, data, etc.) by executing the distribution strategy.
  • To establish a Best-in-Class distribution footprint and a strong promoter channel where you will be supervising promoters.
  • To monitor quality of acquisition through the distribution channel.
  • To track and report competition schemes and programs.
  • To ensure availability of stock at retail while adhering to the norms.
  • To execute promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility.
  • To achieve zonal revenue target for the distribution channel across all products.

Key Responsibilities

  • To set targets for DSEs and ensure DSE Beat Plan adherence.
  • To drive Distribution KPIs delivery.
  • To monitor DSE availability and stock holding.
  • To perform day-to-day performance reviews and discussions.
  • To solve problems and monitor load out.
  • To ensure HSW compliance.
