Sales Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. This includes identifying key opportunities, engaging with new prospects, and building strong relationships with existing customers to meet or exceed the annual quota and increase revenue for PlastOne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment and onboarding of dealers and retailers.
- Market analysis, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Developing a deep understanding of PlastOne's company profile, product ranges, and technical aspects of uPVC windows.
- Sales of windows and providing support to fabricators and business partners.
- Representing PlastOne and engaging with new prospective customers while maintaining a database of customers, including fabricators, builders, architects, government officials, and end users.
- Establishing PlastOne's brand presence in assigned territories.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from a recognized university (MBA optional).
