Senior Sales Representative

As a key member of our sales team, the Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, growing revenue, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to cover all accounts within the assigned territory.
- Manage existing customer accounts and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the existing customer base.
- Prospect for new customers and generate new relationships within the assigned territory.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the packaging or end-of-line automation industry.
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Working Conditions:
This role will involve frequent travel within the assigned territory and may require occasional overnight stays.
