We are a dynamic and growing company, HashRoot, seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to drive sales through effective communication and customer engagement. Our focus is on building strong client relationships.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value propositions of our products and services to prospective customers. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments;
  2. Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities through consistent follow-up and engagement;
  3. Achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets;
  4. Maintaining accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system;
  5. Providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly;

Collaboration with the sales team is also essential for developing strategies to reach sales goals. In return, you can expect a competitive estimated salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a related sales role;
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated;
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
  • Availability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
