Lead Specialist

We are seeking a high-calibre professional to take on the role of Lead Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the financial resource mobilization through sponsorship, delegate acquisition and membership drive. You will develop and maintain a robust database of current and potential companies in the sectors we serve, ensuring seamless communication and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have an MBA in Sales and Marketing or an equivalent degree, with excellent analytical and IT skills. They will be proficient in delivering impactful presentations and facilitating discussions, with a strong focus on quality and deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To contribute to the financial resource mobilization through sponsorship, delegate acquisition and membership drive.
  • Content development, content curation and development of research papers & advocacy collaterals.
  • Research and Policy Advocacy; Research and identify policy related issues faced by industry through interactions, talks, meetings, and conferences.
  • Drive membership growth by acquiring new members in the sectors we serve, contributing to the financial sustainability of our initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
