Job Description

Our team is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth and build strong relationships in the institutional business for mutual fund products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network and established relationships with decision-makers at institutions in the Mumbai/Western Region.

  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities and grow existing relationships with Treasurers, CIOs, Fund Managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets across debt, equity, hybrid, and other mutual fund products.
  • Market Intelligence: Track competitive landscape, client investment patterns, and industry trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, investment, and operations teams to provide seamless client servicing and customized solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 8–12 years of experience in Institutional Sales within Mutual Fund / Asset Management / Treasury / BFSI domain.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of mutual fund products, financial markets, and investment strategies.
