
Institutional Sales Professional

Our team is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth and build strong relationships in the institutional business for mutual fund products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network and established relationships with decision-makers at institutions in the Mumbai/Western Region.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities and grow existing relationships with Treasurers, CIOs, Fund Managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets across debt, equity, hybrid, and other mutual fund products.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitive landscape, client investment patterns, and industry trends to provide actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, investment, and operations teams to provide seamless client servicing and customized solutions.
- MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent professional qualification.
- 8–12 years of experience in Institutional Sales within Mutual Fund / Asset Management / Treasury / BFSI domain.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of mutual fund products, financial markets, and investment strategies.
