The Role

  • Develop & Maintain: Utilize the Django framework to build, enhance, and maintain web applications, focusing on clean, efficient, and scalable code.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with other developers to comprehend the intricate logic behind our product.
  • Optimize: Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning to optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
  • Security Focus: Implement robust security measures to safeguard user information and data.
  • Innovate: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating best practices to continually elevate our platform's performance.
  • Infrastructure Integration: Leverage AWS for deployment, along with Redis and Celery for efficient queuing and background task management, ensuring seamless operations at scale.
  • AI Synergy: Collaborate on integrating advanced AI models that drive exceptional accuracy in our testing simulations.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience with Django and React, coupled with a passion for writing clean, modular, and efficient Python/react code.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud deployment (preferably AWS) and asynchronous task processing using tools like Redis and Celery.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
