Job Description

The Warehouse Head oversees the entire warehouse operation, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.

  • Route Planning: Developing and implementing efficient routes to minimize delivery time and maximize productivity.
  • Vendor Coordination: Establishing strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Delivery Management: Ensuring that all deliveries are made on-time, in-full, and damage-free.
  • New Vendor Onboarding: Managing the process of introducing new vendors to the organization.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Training: Providing guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools to drive informed decision-making.
  • SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP systems to improve operational efficiency.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and team members.
  • Geography Knowledge: Understanding of geographical locations to optimize delivery routes and logistics.
