Job Title: SAP Logistics Expert

Our company seeks a seasoned professional with extensive experience in SAP logistics modules, including Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), and EWM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading or supporting global SAP rollout projects, ensuring that regional and local logistics requirements are met while maintaining a standardized global template.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP logistics modules, providing expertise on configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Business Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the logistics domain, and design solutions to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  • Global Rollouts: Lead or support global SAP rollout projects, ensuring that regional and local logistics requirements are met while maintaining a standardized global template.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks in SAP logistics projects and develop risk mitigation strategies to avoid project delays and cost overruns.
  • Complex Issue Resolution: Take ownership of resolving complex and critical issues related to SAP logistics modules, providing expert-level troubleshooting and guidance to the project team.
  • Mentoring and Training: Mentor junior consultants and team members, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and training sessions to enhance the overall skill set of the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including oral, written, and listening skills, with a track record of communicating complex concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP technologies, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, JIRA, and SAP Solution Manager.
  • A positive attitude, innovative, and creative thinker.
  • Understanding of Agile principles and software development methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
