Financial Professional

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented financial professional to fill this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9.
  • Prepare and reconcile GST and TDS workings.
  • Understand and apply TDS provisions where applicable.
  • Process vendor payments and handle vendor reconciliation.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations.
  • Issue invoices to clients and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Reconcile payment gateway transactions (Razor pay, PayU, etc.).
  • Assist with inventory management and reporting.
  • Support the preparation of basic financial statements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related data.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent) – English medium preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 is a must.
  • Basics understanding of GST, TDS, and related compliance.
  • Familiar with banking procedures and vendor management.
  • Comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic communication skills – should be able to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
