Technical Team Lead

Inflexion is hiring a Technical Team Lead to oversee the design, build, and run of SAP BTP applications and integrations. The role involves leading high-performing teams, partnering with stakeholders, guiding delivery, and raising quality through reviews, standards, and coaching.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring the development team and managing delivery
  • Planning work, allocating resources, and tracking milestones
  • Building and customizing SAP BTP apps and integrations across SAP and non-SAP platforms
  • Designing integration patterns and ensuring secure, compliant solutions
  • Troubleshooting escalations and driving performance tuning
  • Maintaining clear documentation and enabling training and knowledge sharing
  • Staying current on BTP services and recommending useful adoption

We are looking for someone with a strong background in software engineering, technical leadership, and cloud computing. Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in software engineering, technical leadership, or a related field
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Experience with SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, and SAP Integration Suite
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python) and development tools
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori
  • Experience with SAP HANA and database modeling
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • SAP certification in relevant areas is a plus
  • Experience in leading teams and capable of driving varied initiatives
  • Proven onsite lead experience with customer handling roles
  • Business process knowledge in SAP/Non-SAP ERP functional areas
  • Experience in consulting and effort estimations for new applications or extensions of existing ones
  • Ability to collaborate in a global team
  • Pro-active attitude and flexibility regarding tasks and process improvements
