Sales Executive Job Description

Naukripay is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and activity to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in a similar industry or role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and a proven track record of sales success.
