As a Sales Executive at Naukripay, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to sell our company's products or services to customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with them to ensure repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting Sales Goals: You will be responsible for helping the company meet or exceed its sales targets by creating strategies to stay on track and motivating your team to achieve these goals.
  • Building Relationships: You will build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, using your communication and negotiation skills to provide support and information to clients.

  • Analyzing Sales Data: You will analyze sales data and activity to identify areas for improvement and research market trends to create revenue strategies.
  • Preparing Sales Materials: You will prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to support your sales efforts.
  • Handling Customer Complaints: You will be the preferred channel for customers to contact the company, so you must be prepared to handle customer complaints.
