Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Support: Install, configure, back up, and troubleshoot standard applications, minimizing downtime.
  • Network Support: Set up and troubleshoot network printers, configure VPNs and firewalls, and ensure secure connectivity.
  • Security: Implement BitLocker encryption, update antivirus software, and manage virus protection to safeguard digital assets.
  • Active Directory Management: Create user accounts, reset passwords, update group policies, and manage access controls to maintain a secure environment.
  • Remote Support: Provide remote assistance for software and system-related issues, reducing the need for on-site visits.
  • Asset Management: Coordinate with vendors for hardware issues and maintain accurate inventory records for hardware and software assets.
