Technical Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on US and Canada Payroll. As a senior technical consultant, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining technical solutions for payroll data extracts and RTF templates.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in supporting and developing Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in the Payroll area. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules is essential, as well as excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical solutions for payroll data extracts and RTF templates to meet business requirements.
  • Support Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) development, as well as SQL/PL SQL tuning and programming.
  • Provide expertise in Human Data Lake (HDL), HCM Extracts, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and JIRA to drive project success.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot payroll balance initializations and balance adjustments for US and Canada localizations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the team to determine best options for design decisions based on documented requirements, driving informed decision-making.
  • Document final technical specifications and lead meetings to resolve priority issues, ensuring seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or relevant field is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and Payroll area is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are necessary for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
