Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our team.

This role plays a critical part in the success of our clients and is responsible for implementing and integrating our platform with their existing software ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and great communication skills.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and implementing integrations between our platform and client software
  • Executing end-to-end implementation of our platform based on solution design
  • Cleansing, mapping, and validating client data and digital assets during data migration
  • Configuring our platform according to client requirements and implementing necessary customizations
  • Ensuring customers go live within promised timeframes by executing implementation plans
  • Serving as a technical point of contact for all implementation-related integrations and technical queries
  • Creating technical documentation, integration guides, and implementation runbooks
  • Conducting thorough testing of implementations and integrations before go-live
  • Providing post-implementation technical support and troubleshooting

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to work closely with the Product Development team to provide technical feedback and participate in post-implementation reviews. This individual should be able to identify areas where processes can be automated and work on developing solutions to improve efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology
  • Minimum 10+ years of mandatory experience in technical implementation of world-class SaaS products
  • Experience with CRM implementations and system integrations preferred
Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based application architecture and deployment
  • Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and data synchronization
  • Knowledge of database management, data migration, and ETL processes
  • Understanding of SaaS application technical features and implementation challenges
  • Experience with web technologies (REST APIs, JSON, XML, etc.)
  • Familiarity with integration platforms and middleware solutions
  • Basic scripting and automation skills

  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Customer success-oriented attitude with technical mindset
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple technical projects and implementations simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach
  • Flexibility to travel as required
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
