Job Title: Beauty Training Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Training Professional to lead our end-to-end training program for Beauty Advisors, field sales, and retail partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, delivering effective train-the-trainer sessions, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive training programs covering product science, shade matching, regimen building, and hygiene.
  • Create multi-format content including decks, playbooks, videos, and role-plays.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions, field coaching, and roadshows to ensure seamless implementation of training programs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex information into actionable demos and ensure compliant claims.
  • Establish LMS trackers, publish training calendars, and analyze impact using data-driven insights.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6-10 years of experience in beauty/personal-care retail training with a proven track record of leading pan-India TTT programs.
  • A strong grasp of makeup & skincare with the ability to explain INCI and shade science simply.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Hindi and English with excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with LMS systems.
  • Ability to work on weekends and launches with high travel comfort.
