We are seeking an experienced software professional to join our team as a trainer and mentor for the next generation of developers through structured classroom sessions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React.js, and SQL/Databases to share their knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality structured classroom sessions on topics including front-end foundations, back-end development, databases, DevOps & Deployment, software engineering practices, and providing guidance, code reviews, and feedback aligned with industry best practices.
  • Guiding students through in-class practical and real-world projects, helping them develop essential skills and competencies.
  • Collaborating with our curriculum team to enhance content and teaching materials, ensuring they remain relevant and engaging.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of industry experience as a software developer or senior engineer, with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React.js, and SQL/Databases. They will also be familiar with DevOps tools, Cloud platforms, and Git workflows.

While prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or corporate instructor is not necessary, it would be beneficial. Additionally, exposure to Agile practices, microservices, and security best practices would be valuable assets. The ability to simplify complex concepts into beginner-friendly lessons is also highly desirable.
