Job Title: Assistant Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven Assistant Manager to assist the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running of our store. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling customer complaints, and assisting with the recruitment of sales staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Developing strategies to improve sales
• Effectively handling customer complaints
• Assisting with the recruitment of sales staff
• Delegating tasks to sales staff in the absence of the Sales Manager
• Ensuring excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and customer service
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills
