Overview of the Plant HR Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at a manufacturing facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior HR professional who can take charge of plant-level HR operations independently.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and workforce management, labour handling, industrial relations, and contractor workforce management. They will also ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including factory licenses, fire NOCs, and pollution control board licenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage PF, ESIC, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other employee benefits compliances
  • Liaison with government bodies and external stakeholders
  • HR operations, employee engagement, and grievance handling
  • Daily labour planning and deployment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:

  • Minimum 8-15+ years of experience in Plant HR / Manufacturing HR roles
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliances, and contractor management
  • Hands-on experience in handling factory-level HR independently
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
