Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Manufacturing HR Specialist to lead our plant’s human resources department.

  • Strategic workforce management and recruitment at the manufacturing facility
  • Labor relations, contractor workforce management, and compliance with statutory regulations
  • Ensure adherence to Factory License, Fire NOC, Pollution Control Board Licenses and other relevant compliances
  • Manage employee benefits including PF, ESIC, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus and other entitlements
  • Collaborate with government agencies and external stakeholders
  • HR operations, employee engagement, and conflict resolution
  • Salary processing, attendance management, and daily labor planning and deployment

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of labor laws, statutory requirements, and contractor management. They should be able to manage factory-level HR independently with exceptional problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
