As a Senior Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing production plans that meet business objectives
  • Monitoring and controlling costs to maintain profitability
  • Ensuring all product yields are within budget and meeting quality standards
  • Establishing systems and procedures for effective manufacturing controls in line with current good manufacturing practices
  • Coordinating with other departments to achieve operational excellence
  • Reviewing batch production records, SOPs, and various GMP documents to identify areas for improvement
  • Implementing corrective actions to address deviations, change controls, and OOS issues
  • Transferring knowledge and skills to team members through effective training programs

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Additionally, you should have experience with lean initiatives, six sigma methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
