Job Description

As a Digital Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading projects for EU/UK/US clients from scoping the work to day-to-day execution, ensuring successful delivery of client requirements. Your expertise will span content management, client relationships, work planning, and team leadership.

You will understand client needs, generating tailored recommendations and actionable next steps to drive value quickly. Additionally, you will effectively manage different work streams, proactively resolving discrete issues and/or driving consensus.

Key responsibilities include developing and supporting the implementation of our clients' technology strategy in alignment with their business goals, developing and managing the technology budget, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

You will also identify and mitigate technology- and program-related risks to our clients' businesses, support the management of relationships with our clients' external technology vendors and service providers, and provide quality assurance control for our clients' external technology vendors and service providers.

Moreover, you will synthesize and communicate information and insights to the entire team – from consultant to CEO. Deliver audience-right high-quality presentations that meet our high standards.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 9 years' experience in leading management consulting firms with core technology transformations (e.g., IT carve-out, technology-led operating model transformations such as ERP), from strategy to delivery/implementation phase.
  • Experience in private equity environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to join a rapidly growing start-up.
  • Ability to work in a high-intensity environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in the organization.
  • Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively.
