Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead Digital Transformation initiatives, driving significant customer business impact and improvement opportunities. As a Transformation Strategist - Value Driver, you will provide strategic direction and thought leadership in identifying areas of substantial impact and developing transformation roadmaps aligned with client priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives providing exposure to senior stakeholders – internal and external, creating and executing transformation roadmaps that drive value for clients.
  • Program management and accountability for the entire delivery of the Transformation Roadmap, working with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
  • Ensure delivery of digital interventions by following SDLC milestones and adhering to cost and timeline commitments.
  • Continuously challenge the status-quo, proposing point-of-views that drive significant value for clients, leading a culture of innovation, and helping modernize operations.
  • Implement Business Process Management Systems for transitions, driving effectively LDT DNA - training, testing & certification, and leading analytics and productivity initiatives.
  • Coaching and mentoring Black Belts and Business Analysts, applying LEAN, Six Sigma tools/functional knowledge to improve process capability and eliminate defects.
Qualifications
  • Minimum qualifications:
    • Certified Green Belt (GB)
    • Proven track record of delivering high-impact Financial & Accounting (F&A) Transformation projects
    • Prior Project management or Transformation experience and experience in Automation/Process excellence
    • Certified in RPA/Digital
  • Preferred qualifications:
    • Certified Project Manager
    • Fantastic interpersonal skills – communicating value/adapting communication to front-line managers through CFO
    • Client-facing consulting experience
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Genpact offers a dynamic work environment that values diversity and inclusion, respect and integrity, customer focus, and innovation.
