About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Lean Digital Transformation initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to drive strategic direction and transformation roadmaps that deliver value to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify areas of significant customer business impact and improvement opportunities, providing strategic direction and thought leadership.
  • Lead initiatives, exposing senior stakeholders – internal and external, to create and implement transformation roadmaps aligned with client priorities.
  • Program manage and be accountable for the entire delivery of the Transformation Roadmap, working with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to run a common agenda for transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure delivery of digital interventions by following SDLC milestones, while being compliant with cost and timeline commitments.
  • Continuously challenge the status quo and develop point-of-views that drive significant value for clients.
  • Lead a culture of innovation and help modernize operations, implementing Business Process Management Systems for transitions.
  • Drive Effectively LDT DNA – training, testing, and certification, as well as leading analytics and productivity initiatives.
  • Coaching and mentoring Black Belts and Business Analysts, applying LEAN and Six Sigma tools to improve process capability and eliminate defects.
  • Lead and mentor Green Belts, using Six Sigma tools and techniques to achieve results across multiple clients.
  • Develop, optimize, and manage analytics models (calculators, P&L models, price models, etc.) for business objectives.
  • Deploy best-in-class analytics practices, models, and research methods to analyze opportunities for improving profitability and reducing margin leakage.

Qualifications:

  • Certified GB with a proven track record of delivering high-impact F&A Transformation projects.
  • Prior project management or transformation experience, with exposure to automation and process excellence.
  • Certified Green Belt with demonstrated affinity for developing and overseeing strategic solution execution.
  • Managerial diplomacy in resolving issues within the business and technology, with superb ability to articulate strategy consistently with audience level and stake.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship building and peer leadership abilities.
  • Ability to communicate technically complex IT concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated high competency in leading multiple large projects and developing efficient solutions to diverse and complex business problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication necessary to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
