**Job Title:** Associate Dean

Job Description:

The successful candidate will serve as a senior academic and administrative leader, responsible for driving the strategic direction of the school. He/She will be a key member of the management team, working closely with the Dean to develop and implement policies, programs, and initiatives that enhance the school's reputation and achieve its goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • PhD in Management from a reputable university/institute
  • At least 15 years of academic and administrative experience in the field
  • Strong academic and administrative skills, with expertise in leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship
  • Ability to understand emerging trends and opportunities, with a creative and innovative bent of mind
  • Technology savviness, with experience in leveraging technology to drive business growth and improvement
  • Institution building, motivating, and faculty management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle student affairs and placement activities effectively
