Strategic Leadership Position

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our institution's academic and research initiatives.

The successful candidate will drive strategic planning, foster excellence, and innovation across the School of Government.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Academic Programmes: Develop strategic roadmaps, evaluate vision and mission, and align institutional processes with strategy and mission.
  • Create high-quality curriculum with a global perspective, comparable to the best in the country.
  • Lead social initiatives, provide necessary inputs, support, and research, and engage alumni for mutual benefit.
  • Plan manpower needs, recruit high-calibre faculty, and ensure effective delivery of teaching, research, and consultancy activities.
  • Foster continuous Faculty Development Programs, optimize resource utilization, and interact with society to understand changing needs.
  • Track local, regional, and national legislative and policy issues, develop strategies, and collect data on key policies and advocacy issues.

  • Strong communication skills, including persuasive presentations and written reports.
