  • Translate business objectives into actionable data requirements
  • Prioritize and manage incoming requests from stakeholders
  • Liaise between business functions and the data analytics team
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of analytics outputs
  • Drive continuous improvement in Power BI dashboard design and usability
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, data analytics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development and proficient in SQL
  • Solid understanding of data structures, ETL concepts, and business process mapping
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to lead and coach team members
