Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in India's fastest-growing leadership engagement platform. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in turning complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in B2B, SaaS, events, or community businesses. Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker Studio) is essential. A strong ability to translate raw data into simple, visual insights is required. Experience with data cleaning and handling large datasets is also necessary.

The key responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources. Building dashboards and reports that track leader engagement, sponsor ROI, and event performance is also expected. Additionally, the analyst will identify patterns in leader participation, content virality, and market trends to support business strategy. Close collaboration with leadership, content, and sales teams to provide actionable insights is vital.

The ideal candidate will have a curiosity to go beyond numbers – ask the right questions and challenge assumptions. Knowledge of analytics, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, or event-tech platforms is an added advantage.
