Key Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in data analysis, business intelligence, and product analytics. They will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, designing and managing data pipelines, and ensuring data quality.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to define data needs, build guides and tools that help others access and understand data, and collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to validate attribution data.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve internal data warehouse and reporting systems.
  • Write SQL queries to support reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Design and manage data pipelines and ensure data quality.
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting:
  • Build dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio for product, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Create templates and reports for product funnels, cohorts, and revenue tracking.
  • Product & Behavioral Analytics:
  • Manage and configure tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
  • Set up and maintain tracking for user actions and product features.
  • Attribution & Campaign Tracking:
  • Ensure accurate tracking using UTM parameters and campaign data.
  • Collaborate with engineering and marketing to validate attribution data.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
  • Work with product, marketing, and customer success teams to define data needs.
  • Build guides and tools that help others access and understand data.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years in data analytics, BI, or a related role in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proficient in SQL, with experience optimizing queries and data models.
  • Experience using Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking and attribution (e.g., UTM parameters).
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights and work with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with BigQuery, dbt, or Snowflake.
  • Experience in SaaS environments using PLG or freemium models.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-style teams.
