We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial operations.

About the Role
  • Ensure timely tax payments, submission of returns, and required information for assessments, service tax audits, etc.
  • Replies to audit queries of statutory auditors, internal auditors, and pre-auditors.
  • Implements corrective action plans to minimize tax litigations.
  • Submits annual business plans for reviewing and approval from management.
  • Ensures timely payments to vendors based on cash-flow position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheet, profit & loss account, and cash flow statement.
  • Submission of financials on a standalone and consolidated basis.
  • Capitalizations of fixed assets as per accounting standards.
  • Direct and indirect tax compliance till completion of assessment.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's financial operations run smoothly. You will work closely with the management team to implement strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Requirements
  • You are a qualified chartered accountant with at least 5 years of experience in a finance manager role.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
