Job Description

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the overall financial health of the organization, providing strategic insights and maintaining financial discipline. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with hands-on experience in all aspects of finance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decision-making

- Prepare and monitor budgets aligned with departmental and organizational goals

- Implement cost control measures and optimize financial efficiency

- Plan, execute, and oversee internal audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency

- Manage all aspects of taxation including direct and indirect taxes

- Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders

- Ensure statutory compliance with all applicable financial and legal regulations

- Provide secretarial support and ensure compliance under Company Law

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3 to 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting

- Prior experience in reputed audit firms is mandatory

- Must have handled end-to-end accounting and compliance responsibilities

- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements

- Proficiency in financial software/tools is an added advantage

- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
