We are seeking a seasoned Finance Leader to drive financial strategy, planning, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the finance function, including bookkeeping, billing, vendor payments, and client invoicing.
  • Ensure statutory compliance, including tax regulations, financial reporting, and audit coordination.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts, and coordinate with auditors and external agencies.
  • Implement internal controls and improve financial processes for efficiency.
  • Mentor junior accounting staff and oversee payroll, expense management, and reconciliations.
  • Provide senior management with clear financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in corporate or agency environments.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ICWA/CPA preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software along with MS Excel.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team and multiple priorities.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
