Job Title: Major Incident Manager-Hyderabad Loc

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as a Major Incident Manager in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and have a strong background in IT service management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and facilitate immediate response to incidents for groups of end users, ensuring minimal business impact.
  • Advises/consults on moderately complex to complex incidents, including significant events and management communications.
  • Collaborate with other IT groups and/or Business partners to drive and solve for service restoration as soon as possible.
  • Create documentation for incident details per exit criteria to Problem Management.
  • Communicate incident status to various levels of the organization.
  • Provide direction and coaching to technical support employees involved in the incident.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in IT service management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration, negotiation, and effective communication.
  • Demonstrated leadership with organizational presence, authority, and responsibility to prioritize, track, and drive execution in stressful situations.
  • Working knowledge of infrastructure components and interrelationships associated with support of WAN, network access, and authentication.
