Job Title:

Digital Experience Designer

This role requires an expert in designing user-centric digital experiences that meet the needs of B2B banking customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to gather insights and understand customer behaviors.
  • Develop designs that effectively communicate concepts, using wireframes, prototypes, and interactions.
  • Organize complex information in an intuitive manner, making it easy for customers to navigate.
  • Present design thinking and conduct regular reviews to capture feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Apply human-centered design methods and accessibility standards to create inclusive experiences.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop solutions that enhance the user experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools through continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
  • Portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work.
  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products in banking.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality banking products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating cohesive product experiences with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Skill in understanding and communicating design trade-offs.
  • Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice to Have:
