Job Description

Lead UI Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead UI Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of digital products' visual identity and seamless experience.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong eye for detail, deep understanding of user-centred design principles, and ability to translate complex requirements into elegant designs.

As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to create cohesive and impactful designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI designers, fostering a collaborative design culture.
  • Develop and Implement Design Strategies: Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and enhance the user experience.
  • Design Execution:
    • Create high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and visual assets for different applications.
    • Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
    • Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure high-quality output.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with UX designers to translate wireframes and user flows into polished visual designs.
    • Partner with product managers to understand user needs and business objectives.
  • User-Centred Design:
    • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights.
    • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability test results.

  • Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
