Senior UI Designer Position Description

This role is responsible for leading the visual and interaction design of elegant, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences.

As a Senior UI Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping our customers' digital interactions with their products—bringing together aesthetic excellence, usability, and brand expression.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing responsive, accessible, and visually compelling user interfaces for customer web and mobile applications.
  • Translating wireframes, user flows, and strategic insights into high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
  • Ensuring designs are pixel-perfect, intuitive, and grounded in real user behaviors and expectations.

Key Requirements and Qualifications

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 5–7 years of experience in UI, visual, or product design, with a strong portfolio of customer-facing digital products.
  • Expertise in modern UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer) and interaction prototyping.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design for mobile-first environments.

Customer-Centered Design Approach

The ideal candidate will possess a customer-centered design approach, with expertise in designing for AI-driven or personalized user interfaces. Experience working on enterprise-scale platforms or high-volume digital customer experiences is also preferred.

Additional Information

Collaboration and communication skills are essential for this role, as the successful candidate will work closely with UX designers, researchers, content designers, and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
