Job Description:

Digital Experience Designer

Role: We're seeking a skilled Digital Experience Designer with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for crafting visually compelling digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging landing pages optimized for conversion, usability, and visual appeal.
  • Design and manage marketing visuals across formats—ads, social media creatives, email, presentations, and web graphics.
  • Produce short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics for product marketing, social campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, and content teams to bring campaigns and concepts to life.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across static and motion assets.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic, visual, or motion design, ideally in digital-first or performance-driven contexts.
  • Advanced Figma skills plus strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • A portfolio showcasing a mix of static design and motion/animation work.
  • Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and animation principles.
  • Ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
