Transformative HR Leader for Cutting-Edge VR Innovator

Are you a seasoned Human Resources professional looking to make a lasting impact at the forefront of Virtual Reality innovation? AutoVRse, a pioneering company in VR/XR experiences, is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team.
Company OverviewAt AutoVRse, we're revolutionizing the way modern enterprises approach training and upskilling through our AI-powered platform, VRseBuilder. With deployments in Fortune 500 companies like Shell, Philips, AstraZeneca, and Amazon, we've helped train over 100,000+ workers across India, Singapore, and the US. Our multiplayer game, District M, is set to launch in winter 2024 on Meta devices.
We're a 100-member team of driven engineers, designers, creatives, and project managers who believe in transformational work through meaningful engagement with our customers. We need an HR leader who can build frameworks & policies while maintaining our startup spirit.
Salary and BenefitsThe selected candidate will receive a competitive compensation package, estimated at ₹14 - 16 LPA (LaCrhya Per Annum), with negotiable ESOPs and other benefits including healthcare coverage, family benefits, provident fund, relocation bonus, and more.
Job DescriptionWe seek an HR leader who can standardize core HR processes, create engagement initiatives, and maintain a healthy workplace environment through smart people-focused policies. Key responsibilities include:
- Audit & update all HR policies ensuring legal compliance and flexibility
- Revamp & implement policies, thoroughly training middle/senior management on handling situations and scenarios
- Identify, design, and deliver training & upskilling programs for freshers, middle management, seniors, and others
- Ensure safe, inclusive, welcoming work environment policies, including POSH, In-Office/Workplace rules & behavioral guidelines, Leave Management, Reviews & Appraisals
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role in tech/product/game studio environments
- Experience in setting up/implementing training programs for first-time managers/leaders who have come through the ranks
- Deep knowledge of labor laws, POSH, equal opportunities, and related best practices, with a proven track record of implementation
- Proven experience handling high-performance teams, dealing sensitively with real issues like health & wellness, burnout, and conflict management
- Experience in employee-engagement initiatives, events, and programs that are innovative and consider company culture/vibe
- Strong documentation and policy-writing skills, with the ability to create new processes & policies tailored to creative, driven teams
