About AutoVRse:

We're a pioneering VR/XR experience builder, crafting immersive training modules and apps for modern enterprises. Our AI-powered platform, VRseBuilder, has successfully deployed Virtual Reality training in Fortune 500 companies like Shell, Philips, AstraZeneca, Aditya Birla Group, JSW Steel, and Amazon. Currently, our platform helps train over 100,000+ workers across India, Singapore, and the US.

In addition to this, we're developing District M - a groundbreaking multiplayer, rhythm-based platformer in VR. Initially launched as a free demo with 8 playable levels in November 2023, our full launch is set for winter 2024 on Meta devices like Quest 2, Quest 3, and Quest 3S.

What can you expect?

As an integral member of our 100-strong team comprising driven engineers, designers, creatives, and project managers, you'll be part of a collaborative environment fostering meaningful customer engagement. We emphasize experimentation, growth, and diverse perspectives to tackle complex problems.

We need an experienced HR leader to establish robust frameworks & policies while preserving our startup ethos. You'll standardize core HR processes, including leave management, reviews & appraisals for high-performance teams, and create engaging initiatives beyond the ordinary.

Maintaining a healthy work environment through thoughtful people-focused policies will be a key responsibility, along with serving as a sounding board for senior leadership/ managers as we scale up in size and ambition.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role within tech/product/game studio environments.
  • Proven expertise in setting up/training programs for first-time managers/leaders who have risen through the ranks.
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws, POSH, equal opportunities, and best practices, with a track record of implementing them effectively.
  • Experience handling high-performance teams - managing sensitive issues such as health & wellness, burnout, and conflict resolution.
  • Proven ability in employee-engagement initiatives, events, and programs that reflect our company culture.
  • Strong documentation/policy-writing skills, creating flexible processes & policies tailored to creative, fast-moving teams.

Your First 6 Months:

  • Audit/update all HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and adaptability to meet team needs.
  • Revamp/implement new policies, training middle/senior management to handle situations sensitively.
  • Identify/design/deliver training & upskilling programs throughout the company, promoting continuous improvement and personal growth.
  • Establish comprehensive frameworks for a safe, inclusive work environment, including POSH, office rules, leave management, reviews, and appraisals.

Compensation Package:

  • Total CTC: ₹14-16 Lakhs per annum
  • ESOPs: Negotiable
