Job Opportunity: Strategic Business Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned Business Specialist to drive strategic business initiatives and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture and document business requirements, analyze their impact, and provide support throughout the implementation process.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and interpret stakeholder requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Techno-Functional Business Analysis with a focus on Banking domain or Wealth Management experience.
  • Exposure to working with Data Warehouses, Regulatory Reporting framework.
  • Experience in Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) and Transaction Monitoring is desired.
  • Proven record of accomplishment in banking, shared service, or finance industry with ACAMS accreditation.
  • Work exposure in Transaction Monitoring on different products, regions, and AML regulations required.
  • Understanding of products, business, and operational processes with exposure to business analysis.
  • An organized self-starter able to manage in a complex environment.
  • A team player who continually collaborates and shares information.
  • Continually looks to simplify and standardize solutions.
  • Actively seeks to reduce complexity and do the right thing.
  • Persistent in your drive for quality and excellence.
  • Architecturally minded with an ability to simplify complex activities.
  • Influencer and problem-solving person.
  • Fluent in English (written/verbal) with additional language(s) an advantage.
  • Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.
  • Ability to work in a Matrix organization with stakeholders spread across geographies.
  • Understanding of executing projects in agile methodology.
  • Ability to identify and interpret stakeholder needs and requirements.
  • Self-motivated and flexibility to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations.
