As a seasoned Investment Banking expert, you will be responsible for providing counsel on complex transactions, asset restructuring, and capital market strategies. Your expertise will play a critical role in shaping our organization's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Apply your knowledge of Investment Banking to identify opportunities, assess risks, and structure deals.
  • Participate in regular meetings with senior management to review progress and provide recommendations.
  • Provide timely reports on ongoing transactions, restructuring efforts, and deal pipelines.
  • Counsel on structuring, negotiation, and execution strategies for acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions.
  • Support decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and capital raising activities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal teams and external partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Asset Reconstruction, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory services.
  • Strong professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prior experience working with senior stakeholders, boards, or promoters in a strategic capacity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
