Training and Development Associate

A key role in our organization, the Training and Development Associate is responsible for onboarding, training, and developing new employees to meet organizational goals.

  • Developing, coordinating, and delivering training programs for new joiners;
  • Conducting assessments to identify training needs and recommending tailored learning interventions;
  • Evaluating performance management systems and employee growth.

This position works closely with the Training and Development team and HR Associate to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs. Key responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 0-1 years of experience in training, employee development, or a similar HR role. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in using training tools and software.

To ensure successful talent identification and development, this role collaborates closely with HR and the Performance Management Team. The goal is to align training programs with organizational performance metrics and provide feedback on their effectiveness.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Training and Development Associate stays updated on industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for improvements to training materials and delivery methods.
