Job Title: Senior Automation Test Lead

We are seeking a seasoned automation test expert to lead our testing initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive testing methodologies and techniques independently.
  • Lead a team of testers and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Key Requirements:

  • 9+ years of hands-on experience in manual and automated testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) and experience with server-side languages (e.g., Java).
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and ability to work with APIs and databases.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify issues and inconsistencies.

Benefits:

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure is desired.
  • Strong communication skills for discussing testing results, issues, and improvements.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Additional Information:

  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla).
  • Ability to design and execute comprehensive test cases for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Technical skills including stress & performance testing using QA tools.
