Job Title:

Data Innovation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Data Innovation Specialist to lead the design and deployment of AI-powered platforms for complex business challenges.

  • Develop LLM-powered solutions, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and dynamic context handling.
  • Implement Agentic AI workflows to automate and streamline business operations.
  • Translate business problems into scalable AI/ML pipelines, ensuring alignment with compliance and data sensitivity requirements.
  • Build and optimize Reinforcement Learning-based digital twin models and autonomous decision systems.
  • Design robust, production-grade ML services using Python, Flask, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and containerized deployment via Docker.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build data-centric products and drive research-to-deployment lifecycle.
  • Provide technical leadership in system architecture, MLOps integration, and solution optimization for real-time performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and agent-based AI systems.
  • Expertise in NLP, voice AI, and Reinforcement Learning.
  • Masters degree in Signal Processing, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience building AI applications that support clinical workflows, financial analytics, or biomedical data platforms.
  • Background in digital therapeutics, financial risk models, or AI-driven operations tools.

This is a strategic role where you will work on next-gen AI products designed to improve operational efficiency and user engagement.
