We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Specialist to lead our AI data innovation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to drive business growth through strategic application of Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for originating new Analytics & AI opportunities in partnership with global markets, sectors, and brands. They will work closely with deal teams to shape and deliver Analytics & AI led programs, engaging with key client executives and communicating value propositions on analytics-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end delivery of large & complex Analytics & AI transformation programs, leveraging industry trends to define and frame hypotheses;\
• Building partnerships with top tools, platforms, and fintechs to bring innovative solutions to market;\
• Improving new and innovative data assets, driving adoption, and nurturing talent to grow into market-facing specialists and consultants.\
• Establishing thought leadership in AI and staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies.\
• Hiring and growing a community of practice on data science and analytics.\
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Analytics & AI into business processes and operations.\
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive business outcomes through Analytics & AI.\
• Maintaining knowledge of industry developments, competitor landscape, and regulatory requirements.\
• Representing the organization at industry events and conferences.\
• Engaging with stakeholders to communicate Analytics & AI strategy and progress.\
• Driving process improvements and streamlining workflows.\
• Providing training and guidance to colleagues on Analytics & AI best practices.\
• Fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation within the organization.\
• Managing budgets and resources effectively to achieve business objectives.\
• Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.\
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.\

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field;\
• At least 5 years of experience in Analytics and AI, preferably in a senior leadership role;\
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data visualization;\
• Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases;\
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL;\
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;\
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;\
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;\
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.\
