As a simulation engineer, you will help design and develop intelligent environments that drive AI research and product validation.

You will work with innovative startups to create virtual worlds, test agents, and generate synthetic data for next-generation AI applications.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing immersive simulation experiences that are realistic and interactive
  • Generating and labeling high-quality datasets to accelerate AI/ML model training
  • Integrating and testing AI agents within simulation frameworks
  • Working with leading simulation tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, OpenAI Gym, Isaac Sim, or custom libraries
  • Optimizing simulations for fidelity, speed, and scalability, supporting both cloud and edge deployment

Requirements & Skills

Required skills and experience include:

  • Minimum 2+ years in simulation development, AI/ML, game development, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Unity, Unreal Engine, OpenAI Gym, Isaac Sim, Carla, or other leading simulation tools
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or C# (Unity) or C++ (Unreal Engine)
  • Experience generating, labeling, and managing synthetic datasets for machine learning
  • Familiarity with RL algorithms, agent-based modeling, or AI-in-the-loop simulation
  • Ability to deploy simulations in cloud, on-premise, or edge environments for research and production
